Let's make a cocktail! This is one of my favorite cocktails of all time. A twist on the classic Last Word, this subs out the gin for peated whiskey. Although typically Lagavulin, this really shines with a high quality American Peated like Minturn. Hiking hack, if you have a 200ml bottle, they make for great trail cocktail shakers!
