Taconic Distillery has come out swinging full force. I've been saying for a long time that they would be incredible when they get older, and that time is now.

An absolutely phenomenal rye that proves that you never know what a distillery is capable of until you give them a chance. Taconic can make one hell of a rye, and this proves it just how good they can be.
